1. Service Description

Appealio provides a platform to assist patients and providers in generating and submitting insurance appeals. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. We are not a medical provider and do not provide medical advice.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. You represent that you have the legal right to share any documents you upload, including medical records and insurance information.

3. Authorization

By using our services, you authorize Appealio to act as your representative for the limited purpose of preparing, submitting, and communicating regarding your insurance appeal.

4. Payments & Refunds

Appealio charges a flat fee for its services. Fees are non-refundable once the appeal drafting process has commenced, regardless of the outcome of the appeal. We do not guarantee that your appeal will be successful.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appealio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
